This group lesson is intended for beginners or lower intermediates who exercise minimally or not at all, but want to start regular exercise in a simple and non-invasive way. It doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight or strengthen your body, this lesson is suitable for everyone. The lesson is based on a combination of fast walking or light running and simple strength training / strengthening exercises. This combination of exercises brings the best and fastest results both in terms of physical fitness and in terms of body fat reduction. If you attend the lesson regularly, the results will come sooner than you expect.

This group lesson is intended for intermediate and more advanced who have basic experience with exercise, whether regular or irregular, and want to continue working on themselves. In the lessons, we combine a wide range of workouts such as functional strength training using your own body or simple sports equipment, interval training, circuit training or training to develop dynamic strength and endurance.
If you attend lessons regularly (at least twice a week, ideally 3 times a week), we guarantee a significant improvement in physical strength, fitness, vital capacity of the lungs and finally an overall improvement in physical and mental endurance, including a significant strengthening of the immune system.

The exercises are suitable for anyone, because everyone exercises according to their own abilities. Our job is to mainly check the technique of exercise and breathing. Our goal is to improve your physical and mental health to ensure you retain self-sufficiency, vitality and overall quality of life. We realise that even though you may have plenty of time to exercise, you may be afraid of various obstacles, such as fear of injury, greater fatigue, inability to perform some exercises, pain etc. We are professionals who take all this into account and offer you exercises in a fun way, outdoors in the fresh air and with the same peers from your neighbourhood.

In this lesson, we try to develop general movement abilities and skills by incorporating various exercises and games. In this way, children learn general movement skills, which is important for proper physical and mental development. An important part is also social development of the individual. In a team of similarly old friends, the child learns discipline, helping others and participating in a team. They will learn to respond to stress, whether physical or mental, which will help them to positively overcome obstacles throughout their future life.

Can I try the lesson?
Yes. Every new member who has not yet booked a lesson can use the 1st FREE RESERVATION for any lesson of their choice.
Do I have to register in the reservation system?
Yes, you do. It is not possible to make any reservations without registration. You can register either fully (you fill in the registration form and create your account) or via the social networks Facebook and Google, where you have to confirm the sharing of information with our reservation system.
How and where can I buy lessons?
In the online calendar / reservation system you can buy either a single entry to the lesson or a multiple entry pass for 10 or 20 lessons. Each lesson has its own entry pass and cannot be used for other lessons. Single entry and multiple entry pass can currently only be purchased by bank transfer.
How do I book the lesson?

What is the maximum number of people per lesson?
The maximum number of people per group is ten. Our goal is to be able to address you all as individually as possible in order to improve your exercise technique, breathing and other factors that impact on your success.
How do I dress for the lesson?
We practice outdoors, so it is important to dress appropriately for the lesson. You can read the article “How to prepare for outdoor sports lessons?”.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend only small bottle of drink at most; but it is not necessary at all, our body can easily withstand an hour of exercise without any negative effect on our health.
Do not bring any sports equipment, pads etc., it is not necessary.
What weather do we train in?
We practice in all weather conditions, because there is no bad weather, there are only bad clothes. Exercising in any weather significantly strengthens our immune system. However, if the weather is extremely unfavorable, we always contact the participants of the lesson and individually agree whether to proceed or not.
Can a minor attend a lesson?
Children under 15 years
NO; Children under the age of 15 can only be involved in family lesson, accompanied by their parents.
Youth 15-18 years
YES; Young people aged 15-18 need a completed and signed Agreement of a legal representative to attend the lessons (you can download it here), which they will bring with them to the lesson and pass it on to the coach.
